Online Entries Close for the Sydney Harbour Regatta on 24th February, 2012

Online entries close at midnight this Friday 24th February, 2012. Online entries received after this date will incur an additional $75 late payment fee.

Thursday Twilight Series Race 19 -23rd February 2012

Count up start from 6pm.  Competitors are reminded to refer to MHYC Special Regulation 16.2 with regards to the start line.
Please note: A and B Arm T heads are designated for kiss and drop only.

Handicaps will be available online.

Please note: there will be no twilight race on Thursday 8th March, 2012, due to the Sydney Harbour Regatta being held over the weekend of 10th &11th March.

Annual Pointscore Series

The Annual Pointscore Series continues this Saturday 25th February, 2012 with Summer Race 4 for the Open Division (SOPS) and Inshore Divisions.

Annual Inshore Pointscore Series sailing instructions are as per the MHYC Sailing Handbook. 

Annual Open Division Pointscore Sailing Instructions are as per MHYC Sailing Handbook/CYCA Sailing Handbook. 

March Cup

The Middle Harbour Yacht Club Feature Events program, continues with Race 7, the March Cup to be held on Saturday 3rd March 2012.

Series 2, proudly supported by Inner Circle Rum, has commenced and continues through to 29th February 2012.  Series entries are now open - click here.

Adams 10 Gunboat Trophy

Sirius wins Gunboat Trophy by winning last Saturday’s point score race 14.
Sirius has now won the Gunboat Trophy for the last 15 consecutive years & 17 of the last 19 years, this has got to be a record hard to beat in any class or division.

MHYC Junior Sailor Sails in Etchells National

MHYC member, Georgia Sibraa, raced in the Etchells National this week.  Having never raced in an Etchell before nor raced offshore, she did both.  Racing with an international skipper and Perth crew on The Rat, they came in 29th.  Well done Georgia!

Marina Maintenance Day

A reminder that the next Marina Maintenance Day is on Thursday 1st March, 2012.  Any volunteers appreciated from 9.30am to help with tidying the marina, painting and tightening of the rigging deck.  Please email Alister at alister@mhyc.com.au if you can offer assistance.

Barefoot Ball 2012 - Date for Your Diary

Spit Bridge Upgrade - Construction Update
