Thursday Twilight Series Race 18 -16th February 2012

Count up start from 6pm.  Competitors are reminded to refer to MHYC Special Regulation 16.2 with regards to the start line.
Please note: A and B Arm T heads are designated for kiss and drop only.

Annual Pointscore Series

The Summer Pointscore Series continues this Saturday 18th February, 2012 with Race 3, in all divisions.

Annual Inshore Pointscore Series sailing instructions are as per the MHYC Sailing Handbook. 

Annual Open Pointscore Series sailing instructions are as per the RSYS Sailing Handbook.

Combined Clubs racing this Saturday 18th February 2012, with No. 1 Division at MHYC and the Open Division at RSYS.

Wednesday Series

Series 2, proudly supported by Inner Circle Rum, has commenced and continues through to 29th February 2012.  Series entries are now open - click here.

Junior Sailing - Teams Racing Report

We managed to start sixty races in less han four hours before the thunder clouds rolled in ! This was only due to the fact that all of the sailors were very well organised and were ready to go when their flights were called.

Kids Disco - Friday 17th February, 2012

The Club's monthly "Kid's Disco" is on this Friday 17th February, 2012, from 6pm - 8pm in the Quarterdeck Room.  $10 per child (inc. snack and drink).  Bookings are available on 9969 1244.

Please note that parent supervision is required at all times during the disco.

Volunteers Wanted! Club Reception Desk Roster

Here is the opportunity you always wanted !! We are planning to set up a half day roster of our always willing and obliging members to provide us with some reception desk coverage for Mondays’ and Tuesdays’ of each week when we only have a skeleton staff on duty to help manage both the phone calls and the drop in visitors/enquiries that occur on those days.

Natalie

Our thoughts are with Andy Fairclough (Flying Fish) and Elkie, with the passing of Natalie over the weekend. She was a brave and courageous person who overcame huge hurdles in the fight for her life to face another one that could not be beaten. She was an inspiration to us all.
