Farr 40 World Champion, Guido Belgiorno-Nettis, and Martin Hill talk about their recent experiences and challenges in February's 2011 Farr 40 World Championships. An opportunity not to be missed!

Easter Festival Cup - Saturday 16th April

The final race for the Summer is the Easter Festival Cup and will be held this Saturday 16th April, 2011. Clubhouse start and finish. 1220 warning signal.

Please note that there is no racing on Easter Saturday (23rd April) or Saturday 30th April, 2011. The first race of the Winter Pointscore is on Saturday 7th May.

Enjoy the ANZAC Day/Easter weekend at MHYC. A great day of racing around Sydney Harbour, with Two Up post race in the Harbourview Room.

Are You Looking for Crew? Or Wanting to Crew?

For any skippers who are looking for new crew or just need that extra crew member, there are several options available to ensure your competitiveness in the Sydney City Marine Winter Series.

The Sailing Office is always available to help with your crew requests and has an extensive email database of persons who have indicated their interest in crewing opportunities. An online version is also available - click here.

The most effective and popular method is picking up crew from the Breezeway on the Saturday mornings prior to the race. Crew can leave their details on the Crew Board and vice versa with boats requiring crew.

2011 MHYC Annual Presentation & Dinner

Gather your crew together for a fun night of prize giving and celebration at Middle Harbour Yacht Club!

Friday 29th April, 2011- Pre-dinner drink and canapes on the beach at 6.30pm for 7.00pm seating.

Cost $85 per person - includes arrival champagne and canapes, 3 course meal and entertainment.

Ten of Middle Harbour’s youngest junior sailors have spent four days completing the Tackers Holiday Fun Camp. The aim of this camp is to provide a fast track tacker’s course combined with an assortment of fun beach activities. Read more...

Yachting NSW is running an equipment auditors course on 1st May at RPAYC.
