 Marina Extension Project - Construction Begins Next Week
The Marina Extension Project is happening and you are about to see construction.
Our piles have been made to order in China (the only place they are available; some will be more than 40 metres in length). The piles are due in Newcastle on 3rd July and piling at MHYC is planned to commence
on 15 July. Our contractor, Clement Marine Services, will commence establishment work with a large barge on site this week.

 Volunteers Maintain Your Club
Maintenance Volunteers keep at it;
- Trevor D'Alton has finished off installing the new locks on the doors to the deck in the Members Bar. They look great.
- The Beach Crew of Peter Lewis, Walter Carpenter and Trevor D'Alton all put in half a day on sand maintenance, helping to keep the marina afloat.
- Tony Bates and Jack Stening oiled the Sand Bar deck

 Adopt A Plank - Final Stage
Help the Club complete the balcony. Adopt a plank for a cost of $100. Your plank will then have your desired name inscribed on the plank. This is every Member's opportunity to not only help the Club, but also to be part of the Club's ongoing legacy. Adopting a plank is easy. Simply complete the form and hand it into reception.
Extraordinary & Annual General Meeting
The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Friday 19th July, 2013, at 6.30pm followed by the Annual General Meeting at 7.00pm, in the Harbourview Room of Middle Harbour Yacht Club. All welcome. Voting Members only eligilbe to vote.
