Are you 75 and have a 15 year old boat?
89? And bought your first boat last year?
Middle Harbour Yacht Club is proud to invite entries for its
Christmas Cup and Veterans Cup events.
These are Cat 7 spinnaker and non-spinnaker events around the harbour,
starting and finishing at the Middle Harbour Clubhouse.
The Christmas Cup is open to all.
Yachts that are 30 years old or more will be competing for the
“Veterans Cup Perpetual Trophy”.
Yachts and skippers who have a combined age of 90+ years can also compete for the “Old Farts Dogs Bowl Trophy” initiated last year by Alex Whitworth.
We look forward to seeing you at Middle Harbour Yacht Club to celebrate the holidays with this fun event.

“Frank Likely Trust Junior Sailing Centre”
The junior sailing division is pleased to announce the introduction of the “Frank Likely Trust Junior Sailing Room” this is the room on the deck between Flying Fish and Sydney Yachting Centre in front of the Sand Bar. This room will house the sailing simulator, audio visual, class room and admin centre for junior sailing at MHYC.

Junior Sailing Holiday Camps
Places are filling fast!! MHYC will be running a range of activities these school holidays including
- Tackers Introduction: 3hrs of fun, if your child likes it then they can stay for all 4 days of the Fun Camp!
- Tackers Holiday Fun Camp: 4 days of fun and learning to sail. Great camp to bring your non sailing friends to.
- Teenagers Learn to Sail Camp: 4 days of fun and learning to sail
- Learn to Trapeze and Spinnaker Camp: 4 day camp for experienced sailors
- Little Tackers: Half hour introduction course run all through the holidays for 4-6 years.
- Race and Learn to Race Camps: In preparation for the big events, MHYC will be running Race Camps for Open and Green Fleet sailors as well as 420s. There will also be learning to race camps for those who have completed Tackers.

Fundraiser for Nat!
