MHYC Health & Wellness Survey
Dear Member,
As part of the Club’s new strategic plan we have reached a preliminary agreement with well known Mosman trainers, Tani Ruckle and Michael Lynch, to offer a range of fitness and wellness programs to Club Members to operate from Club premises.
Our concept is to offer a cost effective Member Service to develop classes operating at a range of times that do not conflict with junior and senior sailing activities.
Our first step is to determine how many Members will be interested in the respective programs. Then to determine acceptable price points which will ultimately determine the minimum class sizes.
The potential squads are:
-
Tai Chi
-
Pilates
-
Yoga
-
Fitness Classes
-
Running Squad
-
Cycling Squad
With sufficient interest the Fitness Classes may be tailored to offer specialised programs for sailors seeking to participate in races such as the Sydney to Hobart or National Championships.
Please find below a link to the survey that can be completed within 5 minutes and will help the club to purposefully tailor its new Health and Wellness Programs to your needs.
