Are you heading North for the Winter?? Try a night or longer at our new Club sponsor, Abell Point Marina, in the Port of Airlie. Abell Point Marina is the prime destination to stay, play, explore Airlie Beach, the Whitsunday Islands and the iconic Great Barrier Reef.Visit their website at http://abellpointmarina.com.au/.
As sad as it was to recently farewell Helen Jackson after nearly 13 years as the Club’s Finance Manager, it is now even more sad that Pip Lodder is also going to be leaving us and taking on a great new role at RPAYC. Pip has been with the Club for nearly 10 years and has carried out the duties of Membership, Marketing, Communications, Event Co-ordination, Promotion, merchandising, speech writing and even photographer! One of the reasons she earned the nickname “Pippolini” after the well known Francolini!
Pip will be finishing up late July, so we are on the search again for a fabulous Marketing & Membership Co-ordinator and trust you will join in wishing Pip the very best of success in her new role when we plan her farewell gathering
