A huge thank you to Mike Logan (Fine Cotton) for being our "Boxer" at the Club's ANZAC Day Two Up games on Monday - he did a fabulous job getting the "punters" involved and we had a great turn out with $100 being raised for The Frank Likely Trust. Online bookings are available for MHYC's Annual Presentation being held on Saturday 7th May, 2016. Get your crew together for a fun night at the Club to celebrate the 2015/16 season - $25 per person.

Race 9 of Series 3 for the 2015-16 season, being held today Wednesday 27th April, 2016. Please be reminded that the handicaps are count up starting from 1300 hours.

Winter Series - Entries Now Open - Race 1 Saturday 7th May, 2016
The MHYC Winter Series begins on Saturday 7th May, 2016. The Winter Series is held most Saturdays during Winter, including a 'short' series and sprint races.
No racing is held over the June Long Weekend. First Warning Signal at 1155hrs, with a Post Race Presentation. Morning Sandbar BBQ will greet skippers and crew prior to racing and the Harbourview Bistro will be serving Post Race weekly Specials for Members and Guests to enjoy.

ANZAC Day Two Up Cup Race Update
Anzac Day started with bright sunshine but little breeze, which did not augur well for the race. The 26 strong fleet was therefore sent on one of the shorter course options, the breeze filled in although reportedly remained patchy in parts, and everyone had a great time on the harbour.

YA Club Judge Course - Saturday 28th May, 2016
A half day course for Club level accreditation as a Club Judge, run by Yachting Australia, is being held at MHYC on Saturday 28th May, 2016, at 9am to 1.30pm. This is aimed at educating people who wish to become involved with the officiating aspect within the sport of Sailing. Judges play an important role within sailing ensuring on water adherence with particular rules and also in their capacity as members of protest committees to settle disputes off the water.

Annual Prize Giving Presentation - Saturday 7th May, 2016 - Book Online
MHYC's Annual Prize Giving Presentation will be held on Saturday 7th May, 2016, from 6.30pm for 7pm start. $25 per person includes arrival drink & canapes - book online here or call 99691244. Awards will be presented for all Club divisions in the Annual & Twilight series (1st, 2nd & 3rd) for the 2015/16 sailing season, as well as the annual special awards.

MHYC Vivid Cruise - 26th May, 2016, 6pm - 9pm
It's on again - MHYC's Vivid Cruise! Join us on Thursday 26th May, 2016, on MV Sydney as we cruise around Sydney Harbour to view the Vivid Festival. Pick up from Mosman Wharf at 5.45pm for the cruise beginning at 6pm and returning at 9pm. Arrival drink & canapes, buffet dinner, tea & coffee plus cash bar - $75 per person.
