 Maintenance Volunteers needed
Our Clubhouse and marina need lots of maintenance, and we are asking Members who have some time during the week if they can assist.
There is a lot of different work required, including painting, minor carpentry and repairs, gardening, pressure wash cleaning, operating the sand dredge, marina maintenance, Hugh George maintenance, etc ..

Club Race Officers Course - Date for the Diary

 First Aid Course at MHYC - 3 places still available
MHYC will be holding an "Apply First Aid" Course (old "Senior First Aid") at the Club on Friday 22nd June, 2012, at 9am. This is open to all Members and staff, holding a maximum of 20 people, at a cost of $99 per person. For first timers there is a pre-course online learning and multiple choice exam, for re-certifiers just the one day. The course will be relevant to sailing and the water. The Certificates are nationally recognised, include CPR, are valid for 3 years and are workcover approved.

CYCA Boat Weighing Day
Competitors who may be interested in having their yacht weighed for IRC certification ahead of the Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race or 2012-2013 Summer Season are invited to submit their expression of interest to the Sailing Office at the CYCA.
