Melges 20s Sprint racing last weekend

Hot, light and variable breezes last Saturday made for tricky conditions and only 2 of the 3 sprint races were able to be completed. The honours for the day were split between Rod Jones’ Caffe Latte and the Crawfords’ Big Booty with a 1st and 2nd each. Series results are available here. The next major event for the Melges 20s is in the Sydney Harbour Regatta when MHYC is hosting the East Coast Championships as part of the event.

In the meantime, if you’d like to experience a Melges 20 and share the fun, contact Nicky Bethwaite by Wednesday to be book a boat for the following Saturday.
